In the current era of comprehensively strengthening the leadership of the party,grass-roots party organizations,as the foundation of the party's governance and source of strength,have played an important role in serving the masses and promoting harmony.The "thousand threads" above and the "one stitch" below are the major responsibilities and heavy tasks for the people's work.The continuous improvement of service functions has become the only way for the construction of grass-roots party organizations.Grass-roots party organizations strengthening service functions and social work emphasizing that social work services coincide.Therefore,the integration of party building work and social work can not only promote party building through professional services of social workers,but also broaden the field of social work services,which can continue to enrich and develop local social work in China.Nanchang X Agency is a relatively mature private social work service organization.It selects effective practices and innovative cases for the organization to promote the work of the party,and analyzes the work of social work organizations to promote the work of the party through literature,field research,and case analysis.The study found that the paths for social work organizations to promote party construction include: adhering to the concept of social work,using social work professional methods,building a multi-party cooperation platform,etc,strengthening party construction work,and becoming the "magic weapon" for the growth and development of the organization and brand upgrading.However,social work institutions in our country are at the stage of development,and social work institutions are in the early stage of party building.Social work institutions have certain difficulties in integrating social work with party building.At present,there are still problems such as the low social status of social workers,the lack of professional social workers,and the lack of funding for projects.Social workers 'organizations need to work together not only on their own,but also on various aspects of the government,social workers,and social workers.This article aims to analyze the way of promoting party building in the X institution of Nanchang city,and explore how to promote the integration of social work and party building work scientifically,and put forward some suggestions and suggestions for the social work institution to develop better.
