Applied Research On Social Work Assisting Community Party Building

With the development and progress of our society,the community party building work turns to the construction of grass-roots service-oriented party organizations,which is highly consistent with the professional concept of social work.With the gradual localization of social work,many front-line social workers take root in grass-roots organizations and provide services for community residents,constantly broadening the field of social work practice.The enthusiasm and professionalism of social workers have been recognized by the masses.In recent years,more and more grass-roots organizations have incorporated professional social work into the Party building work in communities.In the context and trend of the diversification of governance subjects,professional social work has become an indispensable part of the pluralistic subjects,especially its contribution to stabilizing social order and improving people's happiness cannot be ignored.Social work plays an active role in strengthening the connection between the grass-roots party organization,community party members and community masses,innovating the model of community party building,and mobilizing the multi-body community to participate in community work.Combine the two organically,and explore the development model of "social work+party building" has become the mission and requirement given by The Times.This paper takes the village community of D city in Chaoyang District,Beijing as an example,introduces the professional service concept and method of social work,and takes two party building service projects of this community as the entry point.Through professional evaluation and reflection of service projects,this paper analyzes the path of social work's involvement in community party building work,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.Study found that the D village of party construction in administrative work for the dominant mode,the weaker party autonomy,the party branch lack of cohesion,and institutions of social work in the D village after the professional assessment,the advantage of deep mining community internal and external resources,using case work,group work of professional social work method,such as in "silver" and "a true friend,The project explores the application of the concept and method of social work in the community party building.The practice shows that the participation of social workers improves the satisfaction of service activities and greatly improves the enthusiasm of party members to participate in the community party construction.Meanwhile,the author evaluates the effect of the two service activities and makes professional reflection.Social work can help the community party to build a better smooth work,do a good job of the role of middleman,both benefit the community residents and benefit the society.
