| While China is rapidly developing into the second largest economy,new problems such as juvenile drug-related crimes have emerged in the process of social transformation.On the basis of literature review,this paper describes the basic situation and typical characteristics of the drug-related crimes under the questionnaire survey of the drug-related minors in the X-city detention center: On the scale,the proportion of juvenile crime continues to increase;Age,the number of minors committing crimes in the lower ages;In the academic qualifications,the age of drug-related minors is underlying;the characteristics of criminal behaviors are: from the nature of crime,the types of crimes are diversified;From the form of crime,the gang commits a vicious crime;Combining statistical data and individual cases,the author summarizes the causes of juvenile drug-related crimes: unbalanced family structure and improper educational methods;school legal education lags behind,poor management;social subculture factors;peers,society The negative impact of communication.Based on the interviews with 22 departments in X-city,this paper combs the current situation of X-city's underage management services from the practical level:Establishing a sound underage service management and crime prevention work system;Improve the service mechanism of juvenile group service management and crime prevention;also see the challenges of X-city drug-related crime practice in 1city: The existing working mechanism has not been effective Integrating resources,lacking overall coordination,there is a “funnel effect” in management;information collection and sharing mechanisms need to be improved,information asymmetry exists among member units;most community(village)software construction needs further improvement;The specialization and socialization of the minor group's assistance work needs to be developed,and then put forward targeted suggestions for improving the management and service of the drug-related crimes. |
