Research On Personality Right Of Intelligent Robot

With the continuous application of intelligent robots in social life,the legal issues about intelligent robots have gradually emerged.At present,the study of personality of artificial intelligence focuses on the three dimensions of ethics,philosophy and law,but the exploration of the first two should be carried out in the practice of the legal level,and the possible moral hazard should be considered.At present,the confirmation of personality of intelligent robots is faced with certain legal difficulties and many difficult problems in the application of law.Artificial intelligence is the premise of intelligence,the recognition of personality rights of artificial intelligence robots is faced with the legal dilemma and the huge moral hazard it may bring,so we should be cautious in the granting of personality of intelligent robots.On July 20,2017,the State Council officially issued the "New Generation artificial Intelligence Development Plan," which clearly states that the development of artificial intelligence should be placed in the strategic level of the system layout.And it is necessary to clarify the legal subject of artificial intelligence and the related rights,obligations and responsibilities,and so on.In real life,the lack of personality of intelligent robots has caused a lot of legal problems,and the pending status of its legal subject has also destroyed the social order.Only by clarifying the legal status of intelligent robots,can we better solve practical disputes,better regulate the development of intelligent robot industry,and ultimately promote the progress of modern science and technology.
