| Since the transitional period,with the further development of reform,the original social class,interest groups,power structure will be restructuring in the process of the game among different interest groups.The imbalance of social structure and interests will finally lead to the weakness of relevant social interest groups.The pattern of distribution of benefits is becoming more and more complicated,and the conflict and contradiction among the various interest groups become more and more prominent.These two become the fuse of social conflict,and finally develop into social conflicts.As the main form of social conflict,China’s petition events continue to rise and intensify,and some of them even evolved into serious mass incidents.The new situation and new problems have brought about a new topic for dealing with social conflicts.The improvement of relevant system,the legalization and the deep analysis of the reasons that causing social conflicts from the macro and micro level are rational ways to resolve social conflicts.In this paper,the petition cases of Q District are taken as the object of investigation.This paper discusses the forms and characteristics of social conflicts,analyzes the causes of the formation of social conflicts,and puts forward the ways to resolve social conflicts from macro and micro aspects.The introduction analyzes the historical background and the research significance of this topic.On the basis of combing and reviewing the research related to this article,the author concludes the research content of this paper,constructs a reasonable research framework,designs the research methods and the train of though and analyzes the innovation and deficiency of this paper.I sincerely hope that professors could give me some advice.The second chapter analyzes the theoretical basis of social conflict,and points out the necessity and significance of resolving social conflicts.This provides theoretical support for the study of the specific path to resolve social conflicts.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the social conflicts in the transition period,mainly explores the background,the characteristics and the manifestation form of the social conflict during this period,and focuses on the elaboration of the characteristics of social conflicts in the form of petition.The fourth chapter to petition for the characterization of social conflicts and reasons are analyzed,’ from the rights and interests of citizens,the government governance level social conflict may damage is analyzed,and emphatically from the aspects of policy,mechanism and legal analysis.The fifth chapter puts forward the specific way to deal with the social conflicts in the transitional period.From the macro level,we should resolve social conflicts from the root.From the micro level,the study analyzes the causes of grassroots petition governance dilemma based on the countermeasures to deal with social conflicts of Q District i。The sixth chapter is the conclusion part,summarizes the research contents and achievements of the whole text,and makes a prospect for the future research direction. |
