With the continuous improvement of people's living standard,sport has gradually become a part of People's Daily life,and the enthusiasm of people to participate in sports activities has been unprecedentedly high.Sports in university campus has been praised by students are favored and loved,but in the process of blood campus sports,sports is inevitably dangerous,and many competitive sports also has certain risk,in sports,so the damage is inevitable,how to deal with the dispute of the injury is inevitable.In people's old ideas,generally think that physical activity is not interference by law,for the punishment of the perpetrators are generally disciplinary punishment and fine punishment,to students of victims is usually processed by the method of industrial injury.But that does not harm to injury to make up for,more can't very well solve the disputes,so how to better handle the campus sports injury accident,has become a college sports management workers more difficult problem.What is sports athletes in tort liability,and is able to identify the components of the athletes in competitive sports tort liability,athletes can be what kind of reason,how should assume tort liability,these are the outstanding issues.So the economic movement of the athletes at the university of tort liability,the harm that can be allocated between students,to ensure that the university sports continued at the same time,also effectively guarantee the smooth development of undertakings of physical culture and sports.In this paper analyzes the legal relationship between sports injury tort and campus sports injury accident by using the methods of literature,case analysis and expert interview,starting with the definition of the concept of sports injury accident.This paper points out the shortcomings of legal litigation and insurance system,and puts forward the fault principles adopted by most of the laws in dealing with campus sports injury accidents,so how to avoid or reduce their own liability in sports injury accidents.One is to strengthen the popularization of sports knowledge,the other is to standardize school teaching activities,and the third is to strengthen the maintenance and management of sports facilities.Finally,it is necessary to perfect the insurance system as a transportation.This paper points out that the school should purchase the corresponding responsibility and life insurance for the teaching behavior of the teachers,the sports facilities of the school and the personal protection of the students.
