The Study Of Multi-campus University Education E-government In Tibetan Areas

Educational electronic administration is the most element of national informationization construction, also the important base and support for the fast development of higher education. This essay based on investigation and research of educational electronic administration home and abroad, aiming at the educational electronic administrations in universities and colleges of Tibet autonomous region, through data and practical research, comparing and visiting investigation, tries to find the current situation of educational electronic administrations in Tibet, from microscopic view to microcosmic, theory to individual cases, to compare and analyze the experience of practical construction, to trace out the existing problems and shortcomings. Further, to explore the necessity and feasibility of carrying out the educational electronic administrations in Tibet and the most effective way to reach it, finally to find most suitable way to realize it. This part focuses on the current situation and experiences of developing educational electronic administration in Singapore Nan yang Technological University, combining with that of He Fei Industrial University., tries to find some beneficial inspiration for the development of educational electronic administrations in Tibet.Chapter Four:case analysis of Tibet University's educational electronic administrations. Tibet University is a typical representative of multi-campus university in Tibet; emphasis is given to the development course and current situation analysis in different campuses, hoping to find existing problems and inadequacy, and the cause of it.countermeasures analysis for educational electronic administrations construction in multi-campus university in Tibet. Priority is given to analysis and research, mainly the constructing goal and principle, policy and detailed measures, to further put forward corresponding suggestions and dealing methods.Theoretical and practical researches prove:analysis on educational electronic administrations is helpful to improve the administration and management of public administration department and higher educational institutions, to improve the management quality and effectiveness, to realize the eletronicalization of educational administration, science-centered decision-making of managements, systematic public service, develop the ability and management level of public service of education, to realize information sharing, optimizing and recombination, improve the efficiency of information transmitting and utilization, the environment of teaching and learning, and the synthesized competitive power.
