Research On The Construction Of Network Anti-Corruption System In China

Corruption is "the biggest pollution in Chinese society".To firmly oppose corruption is an inevitable requirement for maintaining the fleshand blood ties between the party and the people,as well as for consolidating the party's governing foundation and position.Network anti-corruption as a new way of anti-corruption,because of its unique advantages of low cost,wide coverage,fast dissemination,high efficiency,has an important impact on China's anti-corruption.However,Internet anti-corruption is a double-edged sword.While promoting the process of anti-corruption,it also faces prominent problems such as Internet violence,Internet rumors and irrational events.The root cause of restricting the development of China's Internet anti-corruption lies in the lack of regulations.Therefore,it is urgent to accelerate the institutionalization of online anti-corruption in China,bring online anti-corruption into the track of the system,and realize the seamless connection between institutional anti-corruption and online anti-corruption.This article takes the network anti-corruption as the research object,through the literature research and the multidisciplinary research method launches to the article writing.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,research review at home and abroad,research methods and the innovation and shortcomings of this paper;The second part defines the related concepts and theoretical basis of institutionalized network anti-corruption and summarizes the significance of network anti-corruption;The third part,through the comparison with the traditional anti-corruption,expounds the process and development status of China's network anti-corruption;The fourth part mainly summarizes the institutionalized reasons restricting the development of China's Internet anti-corruption from the aspects of system supply,operation mechanism,ethical regulations and technical support;On this basis,The fifth part from the reasons for the proposed targeted path to promote China's network anti-corruption institutionalization.
