Research On The Challenges And Countermeasures Of Yunnan Border Management

Border management,as one of the important contents of government public management,is an important measure to maintain the long-term stability of the national frontier areas.China's border management system was adjusted according to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China's "Program for Deepening the Reform of Party and State Institutions",in 2018.The frontier guard armed police,which is the former main body of border management,collectively withdrew from army in January 2019,and the formed system was assigned to the police organization.Reform will always bring pains,especially the current reform,which is fast and vigorous.It has changed the management mode and experience of many border management systems which have been implemented for many years and have been relatively stable,and has brought many challenges to border management.How to analyze the specific problems existing in the current border management and put forward countermeasures are the main work and significance of this paper.Taking Yunnan border management as the breakthrough point,the author tries to research on China's border management system before and after the reform by means of literature analysis,questionnaires,visits and inquiries,combing and analyzing the existing problems in the system structure and the risks and challenges faced by Yunnan border management.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures in order to provide reference and basis for higher decision-making departments with Henry Fayol's general management theory and governance theory as the theoretical guidance.
