A Study Of China-Myanmar Border Cross-border Marriage Immigration Management From The Perspective Of Household Registration Reform

In recent years,the number of cross-border marriage immigrants on the China-Myanmar border has been increasing.On the one hand,due to the close contact between the border residents of China and Myanmar in terms of geographical origin,linguistic and cultural customs,etc.,it has provided more convenient cross-border exchanges between the border residents of both sides.The natural environment and relatively unobstructed channels of humanistic exchanges;on the other hand,due to the imbalanced development of our domestic regions and other realities,our border population has flowed from the border to the mainland in large numbers,resulting in the loss of population in the China-Myanmar border area and the spouse selection of a certain number of married men Difficulties,coupled with the comparative advantages of China's sustained and rapid economic and social development in the border areas,have stimulated the continuous influx of cross-border marriage immigration from Myanmar,which has caused greater risks to the social harmony,stability and security of our border areas.This article takes cross-border marriage immigration at the China-Myanmar border as the research object,attempts to rely on the measures to reform the household registration system in the China-Myanmar border area,and explores the establishment of the cross-border marriage immigration at the China-Myanmar border through literature research,data analysis,and field research.The governance model aims to maximize the positive effects of immigration inflows while improving the management and control of the group and our ability to prevent and respond to risks,realize the rule of law for cross-border marriages on the China-Myanmar border,and build the fate of neighboring countries Orderly flow under the community.The main body of this article is divided into four parts.The first part summarizes the past of cross-border marriage immigration on the China-Myanmar border.The second part sorts out the relevant status of the reform of China's household registration system and the management of cross-border marriage immigration on the China-Myanmar border.The third part analyzes the big data in the China-Myanmar border area.The potential risks of cross-border marriage immigration at the family,social and national levels are summarized.The fourth part puts forward suggestions and thoughts on managing the chaos of cross-border marriage immigration on the China-Myanmar border.
