| On May 1,2008,China promulgated the "regulations of the People’s Republic of China on government information disclosure",which marked the official launch of China’s government information disclosure work."Internet +" rapid development in recent years,widening the channels of government information publicity,enriched the content of the government information disclosure and improve the efficiency of the government information disclosure work,under this development tendency,the control of network public opinion,new media resource integration and utilization,the introduction of relevant technology and maintenance problems are the key points and difficulties of government information disclosure work in the future.For governments at all levels,in the context of "Internet plus",government information disclosure has its own opportunities and challenges.Therefore,it is particularly important to grasp opportunities and overcome challenges.In recent years,from the state to heilongjiang province to shuangyashan city,a variety of policies on "Internet +" government affairs have been issued,which undoubtedly shows the importance of "Internet +" government affairs,and government information disclosure,as one of them,is not insignificant.A general survey of the information disclosure work of Baoqing county government in the past few years shows that although Baoqing county has made some achievements,it still has great progress and room for improvement.In the next work,must pay special attention to "Internet +" created by a series of new things,such as the system guarantee of government information disclosure under the new situation,the information disclosure channels and rich way up how to reasonable and efficient use,how to satisfy the masses from form to content,the higher demand for information,and grasp the network public opinion,information security,etc.These put forward higher requirements for the information disclosure work of Baoqing county government,requiring Baoqing county to invest more energy to achieve.The first part is the introduction of this paper,which introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods,innovation points and technology roadmap of the topic.The second part is a theoretical overview of government information disclosure,which explains the relevant concepts of government information disclosure and lists the theoretical basis of government information disclosure required in this paper.The third part of the Baoqing county government information disclosure status of the investigation and analysis.The fourth part has carried on the thorough research to the Baoqing County government information disclosure existence question and the reason,has analyzed because the fund investment,the human resources,is responsible for the leadership,the propaganda work,the surveillance safeguard mechanism and so on aspect existence reason,has caused the service goal to be fuzzy,the information renewal lag,the resource waste is serious,the information attraction is weak,the user experience is not good and so on the question.The fifth part draws on advanced experience at home and abroad to promote the development of government information disclosure in Baoqing County.In the sixth part,aiming at how to improve the level of government information disclosure in Baoqing County,on the issues mentioned in the fourth chapter,some feasible countermeasures are put forward,such as strengthening election publicity,scientific human resources management,increasing the degree of leadership attention,improving the satisfaction of the masses,strengthening the construction of supervision and guarantee mechanism,combining with the development of itself,and making full use of the "Internet+" form platform. |
