The Research Of Improving The Party Building Work Of The New Era

Party building in government organs is an important part of the great project of Party building.Because it is of great significance to improve the Party's ruling ability,consolidate its ruling position and accomplish its ruling mission.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions and instructions on the Party's construction in government organs from the strategic height of consolidating the Party's ruling position and advancing the great cause.At the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the general requirements for Party building in the new era,pointing out the direction and path for further strengthening the Party building in the organs.Faced with the new situation,new tasks and new requirements,there are still some problems in the current work of Party building,such as the inadequate compaction of the responsibility of governing the Party,the inadequate implementation of the system of political life within the Party,the inadequate ability to innovate,the inadequate play of the main role of the Party branch,and the lack of prominence of the vanguard and exemplary role of the Party members,which to some extent affect the effective play of the role of Party building.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the ways to further strengthen the Party building work in the new era in theory and practice.This research is based on the study and implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on Party building in government organs,the deep understanding and full implementation of the general requirements of Party building in the new era.The historical development and basic experience of Party building in government organs are summarized by means of systematic research,investigation and data analysis.This study clarifies the special importance of Party building in government organs and the new requirements of Party building in government organs in the new era.On this basis,taking the Party building of Jiangxi provincial direct organs as an example,this paper summarizes the experience and practice of promoting the Party building of provincial direct organs in Jiangxi Province,and deeply analyses the main problems existing in the current Party building of provincial direct organs from five aspects:Party group(Party committee),Party Committee of organs,Party branch,Party member troop and Party affairs cadre troop;and analyses the root causes of the problems.Combining with the actual situation,this paper puts forward some suggestionsfor further strengthening and improving the Party building work of Jiangxi provincial direct organs.This paper has a certain theoretical and practical significance for the Party building of the new era,and has a certain application value for further strengthening and improving the Party building work of the new era and continuously improving the level of the Party building work of the organs.
