Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Food And Drug Supervision

The issue of food and drug safety has always been a hot topic of concern and social concern for the Chinese people.Especially at this stage,China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The main contradiction in society has been transformed into the contradiction between the increasing needs of the people for a better life and the unbalanced and insufficient development.People are eager to eat healthier foods and more reassuring drugs to meet their daily needs.However,the quality of food and medicine provided by the market is uneven,food and drug safety incidents occur from time to time,and the food and drug market,especially the rural market,is particularly dangerous.The government's supervision on food and drug safety is lagging behind,and the new problems and difficulties in food and medicine can not be met by the way of supervision and development.Under the background of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the healthy China strategy,it is of great significance to study the problems and countenneasures of rural food and drug safety supervision in China to improve the situation of rural food and drug safety and to ensure the safety of people's diet and medication.Since I have the actual experience of working in the Food and Drug Administration of Xihe Town,Suizhou City,Hubei Province,I chose to use the town of Xihe as a specific research object for case study.The paper focuses on the situation and outstanding problems of food and drug supervision in rural China,and then analyzes the causes of the problems,and finally proposes countermeasures in a targeted manner.In order to improve the pertinence and credibility of the research,the paper summarizes the food and drug supervision in Xihe Town as a case study.The specific research content is divided into five parts.The first part mainly explains the background and significance of the research.Firstly,it summarizes the food and drug safety incidents and impacts in China in recent years,and then explains the theoretical and practical significance of this paper from the perspective of balancing urban and rural development and solving the problem of rural food and drug safety under the new situation.The second part mainly explains the theoretical concept of food and drag,and then introduces the basic theory of supervision,and prepares for further study on the dilemma and outlet of rural food and drug supervision.The third part mainly studies and analyzes the current situation of rural food and drug supervision.According to the feasibility and typical principle,this paper selects Xihe Town of Suizhou City as the research object,studies the specific situation of food and drug safety supervision in Xihe Town,including supervision.The establishment and management background of the organization,the regulatory targets and the situation of government supervision,and then summarizing the effectiveness of food and drug safety supervision in Xihe Town to provide a basis for finding out the regulatory issues of rural food and drug by grasping the status quo of food and drug in Xihe Town.The fourth part mainly studies the problems in the supervision of rural food and drug.Study the key industries and areas where food safety and drug safety issues are concentrated,and what are the main aspects of government regulatory issues,and the writer will list the issues one by one.The fifth part mainly analyzes the specific reasons for the emergence of rural food and drug safety problems.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of problems in production,operation,consumption and supervision,the reasons for the problems in each link are summarized,and the solution to the problem is proposed.The sixth part mainly summarizes the measures and suggestions to improve rural food and drug supervision.The measures proposed mainly include:establishing a rural food and drug safety credit system,improving laws and regulations,and legislation to clarify the powers of various departments,strengthening publicity and education,enriching the rural food and drug supervision team,improving the level of inspection and testing,and strengthening accountability,so as to ensure that rural areas are supervised according to law.We will step up supervision,crack down on illegal activities,increase government revenue,establish a system for emergency treatment of rural food and medicine,and establish a common governance pattern for food and medicine.
