Research On Network Moral Kidnapping

With the rapid development of the Internet,great changes have taken place in the social moral environment.In addition to the various characteristics of the Internet itself and the problems of bedizens and network media as the main body of the Internet,network moral kidnapping occurs frequently.The concept of moral kidnapping is more and more widely used in People's Daily life.However,there are both connections and differences between moral kidnapping and network moral kidnapping.Therefore,we should distinguish these two concepts when analyzing the problem of network moral kidnapping.In this paper,the phenomenon of moral kidnapping on the Internet is comprehensively analyzed according to the various moral abductions on the Internet.There are five parts in this thesis.Firstly,it summarizes the research background and significance of network moral kidnapping.This paper argues that Internet moral kidnapping occurred frequently,is not conducive to build a healthy network moral system,due to the nature of the Internet,will aggravate the degree of network moral anomie,coupled with the trend of network main body is more and more young,the minor of the Internet and young people account for a large part of proportion,if you don't build a network environment,fresh air wind is will be detrimental to the healthy development of children and young people,and then affect the future of our motherland.Therefore,it is of great value to explore the phenomenon of network moral kidnapping and take necessary and effective measures for its occurrence mechanism,which is conducive to the harmony of society,the formation of a good network moral atmosphere,and the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of Internet users.Secondly,it defines the concept of network moral kidnapping.First for moral kidnapping the connotation of the concept,characteristics and standards are briefly analyzed,then based on the summary of the connotation of network moral kidnapping,i.e.,the network moral kidnapping is refers to the kidnappers to some in the kidnapping of network moral ethics,in the name of doing good to maintain a certain moral belief or achieve a certain moral purpose,use of public opinion and other mental pressure and stress,makes the abductees according to the wishes of the kidnappers to give up its free will or suspend certain behavior and performance.It is concluded that the network moral kidnapping,on the basis of the basic characteristics of moral kidnapping,also has widespread dissemination,blindly follow the trend and celebrity effect.Thirdly,it analyzes and generalizes the mechanism of network moral kidnapping based on the concept.Firstly,it analyzes the impact of the absence of relevant departments and network media management and the fragmentation of information on network moral kidnapping from the perspective of network management.Secondly,from the perspective of social psychology,this paper analyzes the causes of network moral kidnapping from the psychological environment of conformity,sympathy,imbalance and indifference to moral responsibility.Finally,from the perspective of moral environment,the author holds that the blurring of the boundary between morality and law,the prevalence of moral relativism,the influence of rigid thinking and the single moral evaluation model are the reasons for the frequent occurrence of network moral kidnapping.Then from the social relations level,moral and ethical level and personal level from three aspects of the network moral kidnapping brought harm.From the perspective of social relations,the frequent occurrence of network moral kidnapping not only aggravates social conflicts,but also undermines judicial fairness.From the moral and ethical perspective,the kidnapping of network morality will lead to the alienation of network morality and undermine the ethical fairness and moral consensus.From the individual level,the kidnapping of network morality will infringe the rights and freedoms of citizens,distort the correct moral values of citizens,and cause the lack of sense of responsibility.Finally,the author mainly explores the solutions to the problem of network moral kidnapping,including three aspects: purifying the network space,strengthening the education of Internet users and promoting social equity.In terms of purifying the network space,it mainly emphasizes the self-regulation of network media,the legalization of network governance,and the constant updating of network education methods.Strengthen the education of Internet users,focusing on improving the awareness of self-discipline,rights and moral awareness of Internet users;In the aspect of promoting social equity,it is proposed to improve the social distribution system and social security system to promote social equity.
