Research On The Practice,Problems And Countermeasures Of The Communist Youth League Organizations' Participation In Social Governance

At present,China is experiencing unprecedented and all-round changes in t he critical period of deepening reform in an all-round way.Youth,as the most tensive element in the new era,have the advantages of age,energy and intell igence.They are the important driving force of China's reform.At the same ti me,the change of the times also brings about the instability of youth's thought and uncertainty of their needs,which makes it more difficult to unite,cohesio n,guide and serve the youthIn China's political system,there are no public affairs departments speciali zing in youth work,either in various Party organizations or in government co mponents.The Communist Youth League of China(hereinafter referred to as t he Communist Youth League)is a mass organization of outstanding young peo ple in China.From the New Democratic Revolution to the socialist constructio n,it has always assumed the important task of gathering and uniting the youth for the Party,consolidating the youth mass foundation of the Party,and at th e same time,sharing part of the administrative functions of serving the youth and safeguarding the rights and interests of the youth for the governmentWith the reform of administrative system and the modernization of socialgovernance in China,the government will transfer more administrative function s to the market,non-governmental organizations and other multi-subjects.On th e one hand,it brings opportunities for the Communist Youth League to partici pate in social governance;on the other hand,it has also intensified the partici pation of other entities such as social organizations in competitionThis study takes Huai'an City,Jiangsu Province as an example,and uses literature research methods,in-depth interviews,case studies,and systems analysis methods to analyze the specific practices,current problems,and causes of the Communist Youth League's participation in social governance.On the basis of the experience of the Communist Youth League reform and the author's own work practice,it is proposed to promote the ideological work to build a political youth organization,flat operation,effective coverage,demonstration and lead the construction of new group organizations,to participate in social governance and public services.To build a pivotal social organization,and to build a service-oriented public organization with integration,specialization,and information technology,and so on,in order to provide reference for relevant research.
