The Research On Lenin's Thought Of Power Supervision

The formation of Lenin's thought of power supervision is rooted in the historical background of Soviet society.It has undergone a long process of exploration from the conception to the formation of the basic embryonic form.Its thought has a far-reaching and lasting impact on later generations,and has laid an important theoretical foundation for the construction of the socialist state power supervision system.Starting from the origin of Lenin's thought of power supervision,this paper insists on problem-oriented thinking and forms the path of power supervision,which is the source of power.Lenin found the focus of his power supervision thought from Marx's and Engels' theories,and put forward that power essentially originated from the people.At the same time,it summarizes the practical experience of the Paris Commune,which has become an important theoretical source of Lenin's thought of power supervision.After the October Revolution,the Russian proletariat,under the leadership of the Bolshevik Party,established the first socialist country in the world and realized the dictatorship of the proletariat.Due to the influence of the civil war,the new regime is facing many difficulties in the process of construction.The new regime which has succeeded through revolutionary means has resulted in the tendency of over-centralization of power.With the establishment of the ruling party status of the Russian Communist Party(Bolshevik)and the implementation of the Communist Policy in wartime,the situation of over-centralization of power has not been alleviated,but intensified.At the same time,Soviet Russia was developing on the basis of breaking the old state apparatus,which led to the spread of bureaucracy in Soviet society.The real society made Lenin clearly realize that without power supervision,bureaucratic corruption would inevitably threaten the rule of the proletariat.The formation and development of Lenin's thought of power supervision can be divided into four stages:before the October Revolution,during the period of wartime communism,during the period of new economic policy and in Lenin's later years.Due to the continuous development of Soviet society,power supervision has its own emphasis in four stages.His thought had a great influence on the Soviet Union and later generations.In practice,he attacked the bureaucratic corruption in the Soviet Union and enriched and developed Marxist supervision theory in theory.At the same time,the effect of Lenin's thought of power supervision was analyzed.Lenin's thought of power supervision encountered many obstacles in the process of practice,which led to the fact that his thought of supervision did not play a full role in the practice of the Soviet Union.After Lenin's death,his thought of supervision was not carried out continuously.The reason is that Lenin's thought of power supervision has some limitations.It touches upon the interests of those in power and is resisted by the vested interests of power.At the same time,the continuous expansion of party power makes power supervision more and more ineffective.With the influence of Stalin's totalitarianism,the CPSU eventually deviated from the essential requirements of Lenin's supervision thought.In the new era,China's anti-corruption struggle has won an overwhelming victory,but General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that China's anti-corruption struggle situation is still grim and complex,indicating that China still has important problems in the construction of power supervision system.Therefore,it is necessary to re-examine Lenin's power supervision thought and solve all kinds of problems arising from internal and external supervision through Lenin's power supervision thought to promote me.The national supervision system is heading for perfection.
