Legal Issues On The Circulation Of The Right To Use Rural Collective Construction Land

China is in a period of rapid urbanization,in order to meet the needs of urban construction,a large number of rural collective construction land is used for urban construction.But our current land legislation mode of land supply has many disadvantages,illegal transfer of rural collective construction land is common,resulting in the contradiction dispute,the serious influence the healthy and orderly development of social economy,so the current must strengthen the regulation of collective construction land use rights transfer.This paper is divided into four chapters.In the first chapter,the introduction mainly discusses the realistic background and significance of the research on the circulation of the right to use rural collective construction land in China,and how the author explores the circulation of the right to use rural collective construction land in China.In this paper,the second chapter starting from the relevant concepts of collective construction land use rights,this paper expounds the classification of collective construction land use rights,analyzed the characteristics of the collective construction land use rights transfer,the transfer of collective construction land use right of the basic principles and classification were discussed,and the legislation of our country allows,the essay discusses the necessity of collective construction land use rights transfer.The third chapter of this paper expounds the difficulties and solutions of the circulation of the right to the use of rural collective construction land,the restrictions of the current law on the circulation of the right to the use of collective construction land,as well as the existing problems and solutions in the circulation of the right to the use of collective construction land.The fourth chapter discusses the income distribution of the circulation of the right to use collective construction land and emphasizes the importance of protecting farmers'interests in the income distribution.This paper takes the circulation of the use right of collective construction land as the research target,explores the main problems and solutions in the circulation of the use right of collective construction land,complies with the development trend of urbanization,reasonably standardizes the circulation of the use right of collective construction land and improves the income distribution system of the circulation of the use right of collective construction land.
