Study On The Legal Literacy Of College Students In The New Era

The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China opened a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to train new people in the era of national rejuvenation and improve the rule of law and moral quality of the entire nation.Under the background of comprehensively advancing the rule of law in the new era,the status of rule of law education has increased,and the state has become more and more demanding for citizens' rule of law.Institutions of higher learning are an important position to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country through talents,and continuously deliver high-quality talents to the society.As a new builder of the country's future and a new force for realizing the Chinese nation's great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream,the rule of law is directly related to the construction of the rule of law China.Systematic and in-depth study of the rule of law in the new era of college students is of great significance to the current comprehensive promotion of the rule of law and the strengthening of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the research background and significance of the rule of law in the new era,and the clarification of the research status at home and abroad,this paper first analyzes the related concepts of the rule of law in college students,and analyzes the specific connotation of the rule of law in the new era from the six dimensions.Master the legal basic knowledge of the Constitution as the fundamental and commander;understand the rule of law culture that combines law and morality;develop a procedural-centered,evidence-based thinking of the rule of law;and establish a rule of law that is proud of the rule of law advocates,adherents,and defenders Faith;foster the rule of law with the core values of socialism as the fulcrum;have the ability to handle things in strict accordance with the law.Secondly,it discusses the dynamiccharacteristics of the rule of law in the new era,that is,from the consciousness of the rule of law to the guidance of the rule of law,from adapting to the requirements of comprehensively governing the country according to law,to realize the value of the individual's free and comprehensive development,and the internalization of the rule of law and the unity of participation in the practice of the rule of law..Finally,the author explores the ways to cultivate the rule of law in the new era from the three levels of colleges,society and family.First,colleges and universities should play a leading role in building a new front for the rule of law in the new era.It is necessary to optimize teaching resources,enhance the pertinence of the cultivation of rule of law in college students,improve the rule of law of educators,build a team of highly qualified and professional educators,foster a culture of campus rule of law,and create a good environment for rule of law education.Second,the society should integrate the resources of the rule of law,build a base of law enforcement for college students,and at the same time strengthen the positive guidance of new media public opinion,create a strong atmosphere of the rule of law,and work together to foster the cohesive strength of the rule of law for college students.Third,families should cooperate with and support colleges and universities to provide guarantees for cultivating the rule of law of college students in the new era,that is,encourage parents to take the initiative to accept the rule of law education,establish a model of obeying laws and regulations,establish a democratic and harmonious family relationship,and guide children to rationally resolve legal disputes.
