Research On Cultivating College Students' Voluntary Service Consciousness In The New Era

In 2017,the regulations on voluntary service promulgated by the State Council specifically emphasized that schools,families and society should pay attention to fostering the voluntary service consciousness of young people.Young college students are the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,as well as the participants and advocates of China's volunteer service.Improving college students' voluntary service awareness will not only help them establish a sense of responsibility and dedication,but also help to promote the long-term development of China's volunteer service and the establishment of a social atmosphere of virtue and good.In recent years,with the transformation and development of China's society,various social thoughts have emerged one after another,and the increasingly complex and changeable social environment has had a strong impact on college students' life,learning and values.Due to the limitation of cognitive level and social experience,as well as the influence of family atmosphere,school education and social environment,the current situation of college students' consciousness of voluntary service is not optimistic.In view of this,the article focuses on the vivid practice of volunteer service for college students in the new era.Starting from the research status of domestic and foreign students' voluntary service consciousness in the new era and clarifying related concepts,based on an empirical survey of the status of volunteer service consciousness among college students in Shanxi Province,the achievements are summarized,and there are still some problems that neglect the training of voluntary service skills,the interaction of the cultivation process is not strong,the atmosphere of volunteer service is not strong enough,and the service effect is lacking.On the basis of in-depth analysis of this problem causes,from college students themselves,family,college and social comprehensive environment,put forward feasible college students volunteer service consciousness cultivation of specific path,so as to guide college students to actively participate in volunteer service practice,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of voluntary service in China.
