Research On County Community Public Safety Collaborative Governance

Traditional county public security issues,various new social problems during the social transition period,and various unstable factors outside the county have presented severe challenges to county governments and people.The county public security problem has brought great harm to the people in the county to physical psychology,economic development and social stability.How to deal with county public security issues has put a severe test on the governance capacity of county governments.The traditional management method has its own mandatory characteristics and the unity of the management subject,which exposes the overall lack of effectiveness and can not cope with the growing social risks and people's needs.From the perspective of the multi-subjects participating in the county public security governance,the exploration path of county public security collaborative governance is explored.Make the disposal of county public security realize the leap from “management” to “collaborative governance”.This paper takes the collaborative governance of county public security governance as the research topic,attempts to construct the basic framework of county public security collaborative governance through analysis and research,and makes a preliminary exploration of the corresponding implementation path.Through the use of literature analysis methods and case analysis methods,on the basis of collating the relevant research results at home and abroad for literature review and evaluation,the realistic background of county public security collaborative governance is explained.Then explain the related concepts and related theories of county public security collaborative governance.By summarizing and rethinking the problems existing in the current county public security co-governance,we analyze the causes of the problems and propose solutions.
