Research On The Path Of Promoting China's International Discourse Power In The New Era

Marxist world communication theory is the premise and foundation of the development of international discourse power.In current international activities,the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as its core,makes China's voice heard,tells Chinese stories and spreads Chinese values actively in international stage.Therefore,China's national image recognition has steadily increased,the influence of economic development has gradually expanded,the ability of contributing to world's philosophy has continuously increased,and the initiative of formulating international rules has gradually promoted,which further improve China's international discourse power.However,there are still some deficiencies in our national hard power,international discourse system and external communication system,causing various problems to our international discourse power like political safety,settings of international agenda,influence of news media,and public opinions.Under new historical conditions,according to the inevitability and universality of world communication,the promotion of China's international discourse power should be realized gradually by enhancing the national hard power,strengthening the cultural soft power and constructing the discourse communication system.First,China should improve her national hard power by speeding up the construction of an innovative country and promoting the construction of "the Belt and Road Initiative" to lay a material foundation for the development of international discourse power.Secondly,China should promote her cultural soft power by digging deeply into the connotation of a community with shared future for mankind,summarizing successful experience of China's road actively,mastering the initiative about settings of China's agenda,and promoting the construction of talent teams and new types of think tanks to lay a solid foundation for discourse.Finally,in an age of social media,China should attach importance to media's positive role.China should establish the discourse communication system from discourse subject,discourse content and discourse platform based on constantly promoting the media integration developing into depth,so as to improve the construction of the system and mechanism of external communication discourse.
