Research On The Path Of Promotion Of Democratic Discourse Power In My Country Under The Background Of Ideological Contention

In the context of the struggle for democratic discourse power,the Western countries headed by the United States have publicized the "universal values" of "liberal democracy" and Western-style democracy through media campaigns and military output,thus realizing the interests of their democratic discourse hegemony.In the international arena,it has caused local wars;for China,it has brought negative impacts on China's socialist democracy and seriously affected the improvement of China's democratic discourse power.Xi Jinping mentioned in the report of the 19 th National Congress: "We must adhere to Marxism,firmly establish the common ideal of communism and the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics,cultivate and practice the core values of socialism,and constantly enhance the dominance of the ideological field.The right to speak".In view of how to improve the voice of our national discourse,this paper adopts the literature research method,the systematic analysis method,the historical analysis method,and the authoritative research object of democratic dialect,and analyzes it from four aspects.The first part,the preface.There are many researches on ideology and discourse power in academic circles.Many scholars have analyzed the connotation of discourse power,the connotation of democratic discourse power,the study of enhancing the meaning of discourse power in China,and the research on constructing the path of democratic discourse in China.The second part is about the related elaboration of the democratic discourse power in China.It is indispensable to study the path of promoting the democratic discourse power in China and to do research on related concepts and meanings.The concept of clearing the right to speak and the right to speak in a democratic way lays a good foundation for the study of the following path.The third part expounds the current background and significance of strengthening the democratic discourse power in China.Combining the background of ideological struggle and the requirements of China's entry into a new era,this paper analyzes the background of the promotion of democratic discourse power in China.The fourth part is the challenges and reasons for the current democratic discourse rights in China.The reason is summarized as the preoccupation of Western democracy prior to the emergence of socialist democracy,the existence of a socialist democratic road with Chinese characteristics,the lack of theoretical and institutional self-confidence,the short period of democratic construction in China,and theimperfct democratic politics.The democratic discourse power presents the pattern of "Western strong and weak",the deceptiveness of Western liberal democratic ideas,the strong export of the West,the struggle for democratic discourse in China,and the weak awareness of communication are the challenges facing the current democratic discourse power in China.The fifth part is to improve the path of China's democratic discourse power.According to the challenges and reasons faced by China's democratic discourse power,we should formulate corresponding countermeasures: First,improve the construction of Marxist democratic theory system,strictly distinguish between "socialist democracy" and "capitalist nation",and improve the "standard of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics".The second is to improve the socialist democratic system with Chinese characteristics.The third is to criticize the West for smearing our country's democracy and exposing the fundamental flaws of Western democracy.The fourth is to strengthen the international spread of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics.
