Self-worth is a relatively stable and lasting attitude that individuals hold in their assessment of their own values through a series of judgments and assessments of their own values.People with a high sense of self-worth can establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships while making individual life more meaningful.Studies have shown that self-worth and burnout are significantly related.Burnout is the state of physical and mental exhaustion in the physical,emotional,and behavioral aspects of an individual when it is unable to cope with excessive demands beyond the individual's energy and resources.Burnout can cause an individual to have a negative attitude towards work and a tendency to leave.The turnover intention refers to a kind of psychological intention of the individual before leaving the work.This paper studies the relationship between self-worth,burnout and turnover intention.This study has compiled a questionnaire on self-worth of grassroots civil servants for grassroots civil servants,and explored the relationship between self-worth,burnout and turnover intention of grassroots civil servants.Research indicates:(1)The compiled self-worth questionnaire for grassroots civil servants has good applicability;(2)The self-worth of the civil servants at the grassroots level is at the upper-middle level,and there are significant differences in age,marital status,and working years.The five demographic variables are gender,birth place,education level,work department,and job title.There are no significant differences;(3)The job burnout of grassroots civil servants is at a medium level,and there are significant differences in gender,age,education level,work department and working years.There are no significant differences in the three demographic variables of birth place,marital status and job title;(4)The turnover intention of grassroots civil servants is at a low level,and there are significant differences in gender,age,work department and working years.Thereis no significant difference in the four demographic variables of birth place,marital status,education level and job title.difference;(5)The sense of self-worth of grass-roots civil servants is negatively related to their tendency to leave and job burnout,and the job burnout of grass-roots civil servants is positively related to their tendency to leave;(6)The job burnout of grassroots civil servants plays a mediating role in the relationship between self-worth and turnover intention.The self-worth of grassroots civil servants affects the turnover intention through job burnout.
