| Civil servants as the main undertakers of state affairs and social public affairs,their professional qualities and mental state is good or not are directly related to the level of government performance and the ability to govern.The grass-roots civil servants face the front lines and hard working conditions in the poverty areas of the west.They are the concrete executors and implementers of the national policies,and are also the backbone of the current efforts to assist poverty alleviation work.Therefore,it is of great realitic significance to reserach the job burnout of civil servants in the poverty areas of the west.Firstly,basis on the summarizing of previous literature,this paper constructs a research framework that includes three variables,such as job stress,job burnout,and turnover intention of civil servants in the poverty areas of the west.Secondly combined interviews research,prepare for compilat and investigat of questionnaires.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 238 civil servants in poverty areas of western China Finally,a variety of statistical methods such as variance analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis are used to process the collected data.The main conclusions of this paper are:First,the job stress is at upper middle level of civil servants in poverty areas of the western of China.Job burnout and turnover intention are at a medium level;The level of job-stress,job burnout and turnover tendencies of township-level civil servants is significantly higher than that of county-level civil servants.Second,job stress dimension are positive correlation with emotional exhaustion and reduced personal accomplishment,job stress dimensiona are positive correlation with depersonalization;work itself,career development and work-family conflict are negatively correlated with reduced personal accomplishment;job burnout are positively correlated with turnover intention;and job stress dimensions are positively correlation with turnover intention.Third,job stress has a positive predictive effect on emotional exhaustion and depersonalization,and has a negative predictive effect on reduced personal accomplishment;job burnout has a positive predictive effect on turnover intention;job stress has a positive predictive effect on turnover intention;job burnout plays an intermediary role between job stress and turnover intention.Based on the above research results,this article proposes specific suggestions at the individual and organizational levels. |
