Teenagers are the future of the country and the hope of the nation.It is the bounden duty and obligation of the whole society to maintain a harmonious growing environment for teenagers to grow up healthily.As a place for teaching and educating,the school bears the responsibility of educating talents for the society.It is an important environment and platform for teenagers to learn cultural knowledge,shape their own outlook on life,world outlook,values and establish moral and legal awareness.School spirit,the quality of the school spirit,the campus atmosphere,public security play important roles in the growth of young people.In recent years,however,the school bullying appears constantly and frequently.Its range involved becomes more and more widely,expression more and more concealed,harm is more and more severe,which makes a serious impact on campus environment and brings the healthy growth of teenagers a continuous and far-reaching negative effect.It also had a certain influence on social security,even make up the illegal crime.School bullying has attracted extensive attention and high attention from people from all walks of life,including social workers.It has attracted continuous and in-depth research from scholars around the world and achieved a series of rich research results.This paper studies the phenomenon of school bullying.It first summarizes the research status for the school bullying.Then take H city Q middle school as an example and use literature research,case analysis,in-depth interview method to investigate the current situation of school bullying in this city,summarize the forms of school bullying,analyze their characteristics,and expounds the harm of school bullying to bullies,bullies and bystanders respectively.As a widespread social phenomenon,school bullying seriously threatens the physical and mental health of young people and the social hannony and stability.Finding the cause of bullying is vital for giving its resolution strategy.In this paper,the causes of juvenile personal,family,school and social aspects were studied and the following conclusions were drawn:Psychological barriers and weak legal and moral awareness among young people will lead to violent behavior and bullying.Too much emphasis on the role of production,the pathological pattern of consumption and entertainment,the instability of family structure and the lack of communication among family members will all promote the bullying of teenagers to some extent.The deviation of school teaching content,the absence of moral education,the lack of teachers'quality,the absence of anti-bullying education and the imperfection of anti-bullying system will promote the occurrence of school bullying in different aspects.In the society,the association between unhealthy elements and teenagers,the erosion of unhealthy culture on teenagers and the imperfection of legal system will also promote school bullying to some extent.In order to reduce the occurrence of school bullying and the harm to teenagers and the society,based on the analysis of the causes of school bullying,this paper gives the countermeasures and paths for social work to intervene in school bullying.Considering that school bullying is a problem caused by multiple factors and the overall environment system cannot be improved immediately,we can only start from the individual aspect of teenagers and apply the three maj or professional methods of social work to intervene in school bullying.By cooperating with the school authorities and applying the resilience method,the school bullies can be trained to control their emotions and stimulate their positive energy to deal with problems from the perspective of case work.To take care of more teenagers,this article uses the method of group work to gather bullies together by designing a series of group activities,motivate them and discover their potential and advantages.In this way,the bullies can learn to communicate and master the ability to solve conflicts,get along well with others,identify their irrational beliefs,control their emotions,get rid of their deviant behaviors,and reduce school violence.Supplemented by the method of community work,the rich resources advantage of the community to carry out after-school education for young people and youth exchange interest groups,cultivate young people's pro-social behavior and healthy lifestyle,cultivate correct values,provide psychological counseling for adolescents to ease their pressure in all aspects.
