Research On The Issue Of Identifying The Crime Of Copyright Infringement Under The Network Environment

Internet technology has promoted the rapid development of digital networks,resulting in many new issues in the protection of network copyrights.In recent years,the infringement of information works under the network environment has intensified and the status quo is worrying.This article is aimed at this issue,focusing on the issue of identifying the crime of copyright infringement under the network environment,and analyzing the particularity of copyright infringement under the network environment.First,the criminal subject is extensive;second,the infringement purposes are diversified;Third,the scope of criminal targets to expand;Fourth,the tort of new ways of behavior.Based on these particularities and the problems identified in the network environment for the crime of copyright infringement,suggestions are made to solve these problems:first,clarify the scope of the subject of the crime of copyright infringement under the network environment;second,cancel the purpose of making profits.The third is to adjust the conviction standards;the fourth is to attach importance to the application of fines;the fifth is to establish new qualifications;and the sixth is to use the functions of the copyright management organization.
