Research On Influencing Factors Of Public Behavior Response In Neighborhood Avoidance

With the development and progress of society,resolving social contradictions and implementing the policy of benefiting the people is the premise for the government to consolidate social harmony,and also an important guarantee for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way.As a typical representative of social contradictions,neighbourhood avoidance has been paid more and more attention by all sectors of society.In our country,there are only 40 years of research on neighbourhood avoidance.Although some achievements have been made in social governance,there are still some weak links,and many problems need to be filled.Based on the random survey of Substation in S city,this paper establishes a behavioral response model and confirms that residents' behavioral response to adjacent avoidance facilities mainly comes from risk perception and interest demands.After dividing behavioral response into peaceful protest,limited obstruction and violent struggle,setting up observation variables to measure risk perception,negative emotions and interest demands,according to the analysis of the survey,it is found that risk perception directly affects residents' behavioral response,and also affects behavioral response through negative emotions;interest demands also have a positive impact on behavioral response,while interest demands have a positive impact on behavioral response.It is not directly related to negative emotions.In view of the research results,the government should raise the awareness of risk control,use authoritative platform to propagate rationally,at the same time,rationally regulate public sentiment,strengthen risk communication,support public participation in the construction of neighborhood avoidance facilities with appropriate economic compensation,and improve the public's sense of security and rational perception level.
