Research On The Major Social Contraditions In China In The New Era

As the stage characteristic of social basic contradiction,social principal contradiction plays an important guiding role in social development and reform.Practice has proved that whether the development and change of social principal contradiction can be correctly understood is related to the determination of the center of gravity and fundamental tasks of the work of the party and the state.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)points out that social principal contradiction in the new era has been transformed into "the contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development." To deeply understand this important exposition,we should not only master the relevant theories of social principal contradictions,but also deeply understand the basis for the transformation of social principal contradictions,and understand the main aspects of principal contradictions on the premise of grasping the principal contradictions.We should fully understand the stage characteristics of social principal contradiction in the new era and deal with the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development under the guidance of a better life.lThe main contradiction of our society in the new era consists of two aspects,namely,"the growing needs of the people for a better life"and "unbalanced and inadequate development",which are understood from the perspective of supply and demand.With the improvement of social production capacity,the situation of insufficient supply has been fundamentally changed,and the "guarantee supply" has been realized.At the same time,the overall living standards of the people have been improved,and the connotation and level of people undefineds demand have been deepened.However,there is still a situation of "imbalance and insufficient" in the development of economy and society.These outstanding shortcomings restrict each other and become the main factors restricting the people undefineds pursuit of a better life.In view of the problems in social development,it is necessary to explore the way to resolve social principal contradictions on the premise of scientific understanding of social principal contradictions.On the one hand,we should correctly understand the historical changes of social principal contradictions,recognize that social principal contradictions have the characteristics of times,variability and stability,and treat the"change" and "invariance" of social principal contradictions dialectically.On the other hand,the direction to solve the main contradiction in the current society is to take the acquisition of a better life as the value orientation,to use materialist dialectics,to grasp the main aspects of the principal contradiction,and to solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development.It mainly includes the following aspects:adhering to the people-centered development thought;deeply implementing the new development concept;promoting the construction of "five-in-one" as a whole;deepening supply-side reform and vigorously implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.
