Innovation And Practice Of Marx's Social Distribution Theory In The Industrial 4.0 Era

Human society today has begun to enter the era of industry 4.0.Industry 4.0 era is characterized by artificial intelligence technology and intelligent production.The wide application of artificial intelligence(AI)has brought more opportunities to human society,especially created more material wealth,but also brought more challenges,especially serious impact on employment,increase unemployment rate and some social members re-employment difficulties,and thus further widening the income gap.We must respond positively,especially by adjusting social distribution policies,so as to ease the polarization between the rich and the poor and ensure the stable development of human society.On the basis of inheriting and adhering to the core thought of Marx's social distribution theory,this paper discusses its innovation and development in connection with the latest development of The Times,so as to observe the current Chinese practice.This thesis mainly includes five parts.The first part mainly reviews the academic research on Marx's social distribution theory innovation and the general discussion on social distribution theory innovation in connection with the new development reality.The second part mainly reviews the formation process and theoretical origin of Marx's social distribution theory.The third part systematically summarizes the main content of Marx's social distribution theory.The fourth part mainly relates to the current reality of the industry 4.0 era and the increasingly extensive application of artificial intelligence,and discusses the theoretical innovation of Marx's social distribution theory.The fifth part applies the theory of this thesis and observes the current Chinese practice.This paper points out that Marx's social distribution theory is of historical progress and fundamental guiding significance compared with other distribution theories,and we must adhere to the core content of this theory.In particular,Marx thought that in different historical stages,there are different basic principles of social distribution to adapt to it.At the same time,Marx's social distribution theory must innovate according to the development of The Times,especially enrich and endow new contents of The Times,in order to play a better guiding role.In the face of the wide application of artificial intelligence,today's society should attach more importance to the distribution according to needs while adhering to the distribution according to work and combining various distribution principles,especially the construction of the universal welfare system.This paper based on this theory innovation and reflection on the practice of China,China should seize the opportunities for development of artificial intelligence which was put forward and meet the challenge actively,the implementation of the Jinping Xi shared development philosophy,and strive to achieve a comprehensive gradually Shared development achievements,by the type of vacancy welfare system to moderate pratt &whitney type welfare system,can effectively alleviate the income differentiation of the problems of artificial intelligence are widely used,and achieve common prosperity.
