In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has continuously integrated into the globalization process.Under the background of the United States against globalization,China has promoted the implementation of the "One Belt,One Road"strategy,adhered to opening up to the outside world,expanded its openness,and deepened exchanges and cooperation with the international community and organizations to become a global push.New engine.In this process,overseas NGOs are increasingly entering activities in the areas of poverty alleviation and development,environmental protection,and charity assistance in the southwestern frontier regions of China.While bringing advanced concepts,experiences and technologies to the region,some overseas Non-governmental organizations illegally carry out political infiltration,religious communication,intelligence gathering and other acts that endanger China's national security.In particular,the economic development in the southwestern frontier regions of China is relatively lagging behind,the ethnic and religious factors are complex,and the government's management capacity is weak.It is the region with the most frequent activities and the most difficult supervision of foreign NGOs.The illegal activities of foreign NGOs in the southwestern frontier of China have had a negative impact on China's national security.This article firstly sorts out the development history and activities of overseas NGOs in the southwestern frontier regions of China,and then analyzes the illegal activities of foreign NGOs through covert means such as providing funds and academic exchanges,which is unfavorable to China's national security,influences.Aiming at the current management system of overseas NGOs in China's southwestern frontier regions,it analyzes the areas that need to be improved in terms of legal norms,registration and filing,access,and specific policy implementation.From the rules of foreign NGO activities and the characteristics of the southwestern frontier regions And the related subjects' awareness of safety precautions and other aspects analyze the reasons why the local government is difficult to supervise foreign NGOs.Finally,through analysis and reference to the relevant countries' management measures and experience of foreign NGOs,based on the characteristics of China's southwestern frontier regions,using the principles of government supervision and border governance,from clear management principles,improve the legal system,pay attention to security,multi-agent cooperation Four aspects are proposed to propose countermeasures.
