Study On Function Optimization Of Communist Youth League Of P City In The New Era

This paper takes the Communist Youth League of P city as the research object?Based on the current situation of the Communist Youth League of P city,this paper analyzes the performance of the functional vacancy of the CYL of P city.The main problems of CYL of P city are not fully covering youth,lack of online public opinion guidance and losing attraction of young people.Then,this paper investigates the characteristics of local youth.Young people have diversified ideas,young people's lives are greatly influenced by the Internet and so on.And then,in conjunction with the current situation of the youth organization,the reasons for the functional vacancy are to be analyzed from two aspects of the co-youth organization and the youth characteristics.Under this situation,according to the characteristics of the youth today,this paper puts forward the strategy of function optimization of CYL of P City.First of all,the ranks of league cadres are strengthened.All the organazations should ensure that all league cadres are well staffed and all the league cadres should work with method and thought.Secondly,the coverage of the league should be expanded.The league should build where the youth is.And because of the influnce of the Internet,online and offline should have the figures of the league.Finally,inovating the methods of attracting the youth.The league should guide the young people with targeted ideological in combination with the youth characteristics.The league should also innovate the carriers to serve the youth in order to attract the youth.And also the league should actively cut into the overall situation of the Party and government development,which is the main task of the Communist Youth League.As a grassroots organization,other youth league organizations are also facing the same problems as P City.Therefore,P City as a sample for observation and exploration has strong practical significance and universal significance.
