| Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the party and the people have put forward higher requirements for the work of the Communist Youth League.The Communist Youth League is an organization of young people.Since its establishment,it has had intimate connections with young people,which servie youth has natural advantages.The 18 th Congress of the Chinese Communist Youth League pointed out that under the new era,the Communist Youth League should enhance its sense of service and sense of responsibility,provides help and support to meet their reasonable needs in a targeted manner from learning education,entrepreneurial development,etc.Xi Jinping made it clear that "the Communist Youth League should maintain the awareness of advancing and vigorously promote reform and innovation in the context of the development of the times." The cadres of the Youth League should enhance their sense of mission,establish a clear direction for serving young people,and actively perform their service functions,so that the Youth League can really become stronger.This article uses literature research method and questionnaire survey method to study the service function of the Communist Youth League organization.I consulted the reports and documents of the Youth League Committee of Binzhou City and the Youth League Committee of Yangxin County,and referred to the relevant books and literature of the Communist Youth League,and found relevant theories and data as support.The questionnaire survey was conducted separately for the youth group and the youth cadre group.The current status and expectations of the service function of the youth league organization were investigated.The survey data obtained were comprehensively sorted and reasonably counted.Finally,the current widely used single factor variance was adopted.The analysis method carries out in-depth and meticulous research on the statistical results obtained,and comprehensively discusses the difference in the overall situation and data of the problems related to the Communist Youth League in schools,government agencies,business units,enterprise youth,and youth cadres.The survey found that relationship between the youth and the youth league is not close,the youth activities are singularized,some of the youth cadres' s abilities are not up to standard,the interaction between the party and youthgroups is insufficient,and the Communist Youth League organizations have less available resources to meet the needs of serving young people.In response to the above problems,we must comprehensively improve the quality of youth activities by re-focusing on the “head and tail”work of youth activities,doing a good job in the design link before and after the activity,and seeking support from the party and government to obtain resources from multiple sources to solve resource problems.Taking the school Communist Youth League as a sample to create the Yangxin Communist Youth League "service brand",comprehensively improve the prestige of the Communist Youth League in the company younger,according to the company's younger work characteristics,put the service company youth into the Communist Youth League's key service areas;To build a service team of the Communist Youth League with a strong sense of service and a high level of comprehensive literacy,focus on improving the professional quality of the league cadres and strengthen the service strength.,adapting to local conditions,taking multiple measures,and strive to make “better service”a sound signboard. |
