Research On The Historical Process And Basic Experience Of Poverty Alleviation By Communist Party Of China Since The Eighteenth National Congress

Poverty is a worldwide problem.Since the founding of New China,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to poverty alleviation.Since the 18 th National Congress,China’s poverty alleviation and development has entered a new stage,and economic development has come to the key point of deepening reform in an all-round way.Poverty has become the crux of many contradictions and problems in the whole society.China’s poverty alleviation and development undertakings are facing new challenges.Past Poverty Alleviation Policies and measures have been unable to solve the current poverty problem.This paper mainly studies the process of poverty alleviation and development of the Communist Party of China since the 18 th National Congress,summarizes the basic experience,and serves for our country to win the battle against poverty in 2020.In addition,it will provide realistic reference for current international poverty reduction countries and provide experience for poverty reduction and poverty alleviation in developing countries such as Africa and Latin America.Taking the poverty alleviation of the Communist Party of China as the breakthrough point,aiming at the characteristics of different stages in the process of poverty alleviation and development,this paper further combs the process of poverty alleviation before and after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,combines literature analysis,historical analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis,and compares the similarities and differences of the process of poverty alleviation and development before and since the Eighteenth National Congress vertically in time,The problems are analyzed,and then the basic experience of poverty alleviation and the practical feasibility of poverty alleviation ideas are summarized.This article is divided into five parts altogether.The first part elaborates the history of poverty alleviation of the Communist Party of China from the founding of the People’s Republic to the reform and opening-up period,introduces the achievements and shortcomings of poverty alleviation,and then makes a longitudinal analysis of the poverty alleviation process from the reform and opening-up to the 18 th National Congress.The second part introduces the background of poverty alleviation since the18 th National Congress,and then summarizes The third part focuses on the analysis and summary of a series of major measures to alleviate poverty since the 18 th National Congress,including the "six precise","five batches" project and "support the will and wisdom" three aspects,followed by a detailed introduction of many achievements made;the fourth part is an analysis and summary of the valuable basic experience of poverty alleviation since the 18 th National Congress,this paper proposes to adhere to the leadership of the Party and the government.The last part is the valuable experience of poverty alleviation harvested by the Communist Party of China at the Eighteenth National Congress,which guides the correct direction of the fight against poverty and provides a reference for international anti-poverty.
