A Study On The Criminal Policy Of Eliminating Evil And Eliminating Evil

The black and evil forces are the general name of China's current organization of the underworld and the evil forces.The crimes of organized crimes and evil forces have serious social harm and are the cancer of our society.From 2000 to 2018,China has carried out four special campaigns against the evil forces based on the purpose of eliminating the crimes of black and evil forces.However,at present,the lack of relevant legislation in the criminal policy of “sweeping black and evil”,the excessive pursuit of utilitarian value,the inaccurate target,the imperfect procedures,and insufficient supervision have directly affected the effect of China's fight against evil forces.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to examine the inadequacies of China's current criminal policy of "swept the evils and eliminate evils" and seek corresponding solutions.This paper mainly adopts the comprehensive research analysis method.On the basis of analyzing the current criminal policy theory of "sweeping black and evil" in China,it collects relevant data and cases of cracking down on black and evil forces in practice,and understands the current situation of China's crackdown on crimes committed by evil forces.Based on the theory of the "level-level integration responsibility concept" of the national subject that the author participated in,the author reviews the criminal policy of "sweeping the black and eliminating evil" in China from the perspective of the integrated responsibility concept.After comprehensive analysis,it is found that due to the insufficient attention attached to the external factors of the criminal policy of "sweeping black and evil" in China,there are certain defects in the practice of cracking down on crimes committed by evil forces.At present,the inadequacies of China's criminal policy of “sweeping black and evil” are mainly manifested in the lack of national factors and social factors.This paper mainly analyzes the reasons for the inadequacies of the criminal policy of "sweeping black and evil" from the perspective of external factors,and proposes corresponding improvement measures through the application of the national and social views,in order to improve the crime of preventing evil forces in practice.The effect of cracking down on black and evil forces.
