Research On The Mobilization Of Individualized Public Welfare Projects In The Internet Era

With the development of China's economy,social progress and the improvement of people's quality,public welfare has increasingly become an important topic of the times.The development of public welfare is a sign of the progress of social civilization.In many western developed countries,public welfare thought has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.With the support of the government and the improvement of people's quality,public welfare in China has also begun to flourish.The advent of the Internet era brings challenges to traditional public welfare,but also brings new opportunities.Especially since the rapid development of media today,everyone can become the leading role of public welfare.Public welfare itself should be more transparent,diversified and humanized.The continuous improvement of public welfare requires us not to continue the extensive public welfare,but to do targeted public welfare according to the specific national conditions of our country and the actual difficulties of the donated areas.Therefore,many personalized public welfare projects emerge at the historic moment.The rural "one school one dream" project was born to solve the "personalized" difficulties of schools in backward areas."One School One Dream" changes the original donation mode from what I have to donate to you and what I need to give you,from passive acceptance of foundation donations to active application,fully respecting the wishes of recipients,prizing their initiative to change the status quo,making difficulties independently,applying for self-help,and participating fully in biography.Broadcasting and solicitation.This paper mainly analyses the changes of public welfare activities in the Internet era,especially the rise of personalized public welfare,which makes public welfare activities more accurate and practical.Analyzing and participating in the "One School One Dream" campaign,which has been very successful in recent years,and exploring the unique advantages of individualized public welfare,make our focus from the extensive past to the individualized public welfare which is now born to solve practical difficulties.With the help of Lasswell's 5W model,the dissemination path of "One School One Dream" is analyzed.Taking "Passing a Warm Winter" as an example,the mobilization mechanism of individualized public welfare is studied from four aspects:mobilization subject,mobilization object,Mobilization Mode and mobilization environment.It is found and proved that individualized public welfare is scientific and feasible in China.Public welfare,relying on the advantages of the Internet to develop personalized public welfare,is conducive to avoiding waste of resources and promoting the development of people's livelihood.The government needs to introduce relevant policies and laws to form a scientific personalized public welfare system.The public should also change the traditional public welfare ideas and actively participate in and support this scientific concept of assistance.
