A Study On The Democratic Partyundefineds Identity To The Multi-party Cooperative System Led By The Communist Party Of China(1948—1956)

The system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the CPC(hereinafter referred to as the "multi-party cooperation system")is a political party system with Chinese characteristics established by the CPC and other democratic parties in the course of the democratic revolution.As the political subject of multi-party cooperation system,the identification of democratic parties directly affects the formation,establishment and development of multi-party cooperation system.To study the construction process of the Democratic Party's identification with multi-party cooperative system in the early days of the founding of new China is conducive to drawing on historical experience and offering Suggestions for the construction of a new party system with Chinese characteristics.This paper will review the starting point of multi-party cooperative system from the research perspective and examine the identification process of multi-party cooperative system of Democratic Party.On the eve of the founding of the People's Republic of China,various democratic parties announced their acceptance of the leadership of the CPC and their support for the CPC's call for a new CPPCC.After the convening of the new CPPCC and the promulgation of the common program,they revised their program documents one after another,taking the common program as the new party program of action.This kind of recognition and promotion of the implementation of the common program is actually the preliminary recognition of the multi-party cooperation system.Therefore,the democratic parties conducted identification education for their members by studying the CPC's programmatic documents,guidelines and policies and other important documents,and guided their members to identify with the multi-party cooperation system in the construction of the new China.The ability of democratic parties to realize historic transformation and accept and agree with multi-party cooperation system is also the result of multiple factors.First,the cooperative relationship between the CPC and the democratic parties during the democratic revolution laid a foundation for the formation of the multi-party cooperative system.Meanwhile,the common program,as a programmatic document of the multi-party cooperative system,fully embodies the will of the democratic parties.Secondly,the democratic parties not only achieved self-development,but also realized self-education in their political practice at the early stage of the founding of the People's Republic of China.Third,the reality of the Chinese revolution and the forced dissolution of the democratic league make the democratic parties realize that the kuomintang is not the object of cooperation;Finally,the CPC's policy of unity and cooperation with the democratic parties enables the political demands and goals of the democratic parties to be realized,and enables some members of the democratic parties to realize the superiority of the multi-party cooperation system,thus realizing the recognition of the multi-party cooperation system.However,in the process of building the identification of the multi-party cooperation system,the democratic parties fail to realize their status,nature and role in the multi-party cooperation system in a timely manner,and some members of the communist party of China misunderstand the democratic parties,thus hindering the identification of the Democratic Party to the multi-party cooperation system.It can be seen from the identification process of the Democratic Party to the multi-party cooperation system in the early days of the founding of new China that the CPC plays an important leadership role in the identification of the multi-party cooperation system by the democratic parties.Meanwhile,the self-adjustment of the democratic parties in response to the situation should not be ignored.Building socialism with Chinese characteristics,therefore,the new political party system,still need to be under the leadership of the communist party of China,guide the democratic parties to establish correct political party consciousness,accurately grasp the guiding ideology in the new era,through enhancing the role of its members to political identity,improve their political participation enthusiasm,so as to promote the development of the new political party system.
