Luhmann,the great legal sociologist,described the evolution of law through his unique theoretical construction.This paper attempts to probe into the internal construction of the theory of oneness and its realistic value and contribution.Logically,this paper is divided into three parts.The first part introduces the domestic research status and the origin and paradigm of luhrmann's theory,which is the internal thread of luhrmann's theory.No theory is without a source.Luhmann's theory of sociology of law from the perspective of system theory also has its origin.Throughout his life,luhrmann's theories have been a shadow of the original ones.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the origin and background of luhrmann's sociology of law theory in order to trace its internal traces.The second part describes the basic attributes of the legal system and the basic conditions for its operation.The basic attributes mainly include two aspects:self-reference and closed and open.The basic unit of the legal system is communication.The third part analyzes the internal operation mechanism of the self-unified legal system from the three aspects of binary code,legal argumentation and the internal differentiation of the legal system.The great sociology of law luhrmann may open a new era of law,the purpose of this paper is to explore the internal construction of luhrmann's theory of the unity of law and sociology,and to find the influence of his theory in reality along the traces of his theory.
