Since the outbreak of the international financial crisis in 2008 and the spread of the world,countries have inevitably been affected.Now that 10 years have passed,the impact of the international financial crisis on the world has not been completely eliminated.The World Trade Union Confederation has always adhered to Marxism as a guide to deeply analyze and criticize the international financial crisis in order to expose the drawbacks of the critical capitalist system and thus recognize the essence of capitalism.This article uses Marxist theory of capitalism crisis,through in-depth analysis of the nature,development situation,causes,and strategies of the international financial crisis,to the fifteenth,sixteenth,and seventeenth congresses of the World Federation of Trade Unions.Based on theory and practice.In-depth analysis and summarization of the establishment background,development process and basic theories and policy propositions of the World Trade Union Confederation.The article is divided into five parts to study the theory of the international financial crisis and the workers' movement of the World Trade Union Confederation.The introduction is mainly to introduce the research background,the reasons for choosing the topic,the status of research at home and abroad.The first part is to sort out the establishment process and development process of the World Trade Union Confederation.The second part is the introduction of the practical activities and characteristics of the World Trade Union Confederation.The third part is the situation analysis and policy proposition of the World Trade Union Confederation on the international workers' movement.The fourth part is the analysis and struggle strategy of the World Trade Union Confederation on the international financial crisis.The fifth part is the current opportunities and challenges facing the World Trade Union Confederation.
