Research On The Growth Of Young Marxists In The Founding Period Of The Party

In a certain sense,the history of the development of Marxism and the history of the international communist movement are also a history of the growth of a Marxist.From the perspective of historical materialism,this process must contain the growth of young Marxists.Only by winning the youth can Marxism and the proletarian party win the future.Since its founding,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the growth and cultivation of young Marxists.As the first batch of young Marxists in China,the young Marxists in the founding period of the Communist Party grew up in adversity and progressed in grinding.They gradually grew into firm Marxists without any experience.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to sum up the historical experience of the growth of young Marxists during the Party’s founding period in exploring the cultivation of young Marxists under the new situation.Since the Republic of China,political corruption,constant wars and the theory of saving the nation by capitalism could not solve China’s real problems.The requirements of political change and economic development have provided realistic conditions for the spread of Marxism in China.What’s more,emerging new intellectuals gradually began to accept Marxism because of the influence of the October Revolution.During this period,Marxist theory was mainly introduced into China through Japan and the Soviet Union,providing a theoretical source for the growth of young Marxists.The growth of the young Marxists during the founding of the Party was accompanied by the continuous exploration of the road to national salvation.On the one hand,they actively explored new theories to guide the practice of reforming China and finally chose Marxism.On the other hand,they were also an active part in social practice.They propaganda Marxism by means of the non-Marxist debates,the publication of Marxist books,the establishment of schools and the using of the pulpit to spread revolution.In addition,they established China’s first Marxist party,the Communist Party of China,under the guidance of Marxism.In this process,the revolutionary youth who just had the ideal of communism completed the transformation from the initial understanding of Marxism to the practical use of Marxism in combination with China’s actual situation,and thus truly grew into a Marxist.The growth of young Marxists during the founding of the Party has provided rich experience for the party to cultivate young Marxists,which not only has considerable historical significance,but also has practical guidance for the cultivation of young Marxists today,and further enriches and develops the theoretical content of the young Marxists’ thoughts.Moreover,it provides important practical revelation for the party to cultivate a new generation successor and deal with the complicated and ever-changing international situation.
