Research On The Cultivation Of Young Marxists In The Horizon Of Hominology

Cultivating youth Marxists is the priority of youth work development,is also an important measure to consolidate the youth mass base for Chinese Communists Party being in power,and a major strategic issue in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Basically speaking,cultivating youth Marxists can be regarded as the issue of cultivating human beings.Theoretically,studying the cultivation of young Marxists,from the horizon of Hominology,can make contribution to the development of Marxist Hominology and the improvement of the cultivation theory of young Marxists.And practically,on the other hand,it contributes to indicate the right direction for the cultivation of youth Marxists and provide youth power and intellectual support for reinforcing the youth basis of the party in power and realizing the “Chinese Dream” of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as well as the “Two Centenary Goals”.It is found that,from the horizon of Marxist Hominology,youth Marxists lie in a certain relation between nature and socialism,and have a strong faith in Marxist.They are people who can proactively and consciously engage in such human emancipation activities as material practice and spiritual practice,and improve as well as develop themselves continually under the guidance of Marxism scientific worldview and values.Youth Marxists have natural attribute,social attribute and spiritual attribute;their substantive characteristics are determined by labor practice and social relations;and their development is consistent with social development.Therefore,as to youth Marxists cultivation,real man is the logic starting point,man in practice is the common morphology and man in free and all-around development is the core goal.Cultivating youth Marxists is a continuously developing process,rather than an overnight accomplishment.Since the Communist Party of China was founded,a lot of explorations in youth Marxists cultivation have been made.During this process,rich experience was accumulated and relevant theories formed.All of these have become a basic principle for current youth Marxist cultivation.Under the guidance of these theories,the cultivation of young Marxist has been continuously promoted at all levels and forms.A great challenge,however,is put in front of youth Marxists cultivation due to social development,the change of market economy,the appearance of new online media as well as the penetration of foreign ideology.Based on various reasons,we come to the conclusion that there exist some problems during the process of youth Marxist cultivation,such as violating the basic law of Marxist Hominology,ignoring people’s basic interests,and so on.therefore,cultivating youth Marxists still has a long way to go.To sum up,the Hominology nature of youth Marxists and the history as well as the status quo put forward a new requirement for current youth Marxists cultivation,which requires us to construct the basic theory of youth Marxists cultivation,namely,the theory group that takes the Marxism hominology as the core,the theory horizon that takes latest outputs of Marxism as main body,and theory field that takes multidisciplinary studies as main part under the guidance of Marxism;to explore the basic law of youth Marxists cultivation,the law of politics,historicality,reality,activity and advancement should be abided by;the basic principle of cultivating young Marxists needs to be established,in the meanwhile,the principle that theory coordinates reality,universality agrees with individuality and emphasis connects generality should be adhered;emphasis needs also to be put on the construction of training ground,training of difference,emotional identification,practical innovation and exerting force in the overall for the cultivation of young Marxists...
