Research On The Cultivation Of Young Marxists In The New Era

Young people are the future of the country and the hope of the nation.Since the official launch of "Young Marxists Training Project"(referred to as "Qingma Project")in 2007,after more than ten years of development and accumulation,more than three million outstanding young Marxists have been sent to the society,which has effectively consolidated the youth foundation of the Communist Party of China in power.In particular,the promulgation of the Opinions on In-depth Implementation of the Training Project for Young Marxists has provided an important guideline for cultivating young Marxists in the new era.Through reviewing the development process of training young Marxists by the Communist Party of China,summarizing historical experience and combining with practical problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures for training young Marxists in the new era.This research is of great significance for promoting the innovation and development of Marxism and promoting the development of young college students themselves.This paper focuses on what young Marxists are in the new era,why young Marxists should be trained in the new era,and how to train young Marxists in the new era.On the basis of combining theory with practice,scientific research methods such as literature analysis and questionnaire survey are used.This paper tries to make an in-depth study on the theoretical origin,historical process,training status and training path of young Marxists in the new era.Firstly,the paper analyzes the background and research value of this topic,sorts out relevant domestic researches,and explains the innovation points and shortcomings of the research.Secondly,through the review and sorting of Marxist classic literature works,speeches of Party and state leaders and related policy documents,this paper sums up the important discourse of Marxist classic writers and Party leaders on youth education and young Marxist cultivation.Thirdly,according to the four major historical periods,it summarizes and analyzes the specific practice of the CPC training young Marxists in each period.Then,while summarizing the main achievements of the training of young Marxists in the new era,it analyzes the problems such as the lack of comprehensiveness of the training content,the lack of innovation of the training methods and the lack of long-term effect of the training cycle in the current training work.Finally,based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation of the training of young Marxists in the new era,on the basis of clarifying the training objectives of young Marxists in the new era,correctly grasping and following the training principles of young Marxists in the new era,this paper puts forward some suggestions on training young Marxists in the new era.
