Service Design Research Of Intelligent Home Care Based On Emotional Experience

With the gradual deepening of the aging society,the problem of providing for the aged has gradually become the focus of social attention.Many organizations began to propose introducing Internet thinking into the field of pension to facilitate the elderly life.However,at present,the related products and services of intelligent home-based pension are only blindly applied to high-tech and technology.Although they can bring convenience to the elderly,they neglect their real needs,emotions and experiences,and do not really establish a design system centered on the elderly in intelligent home-based pension.Therefore,the author will proceed from the emotional experience theory level,hoping to satisfy the elderly users in the intelligent home user problems and service experience.Firstly,the importance of emotional experience in the research is analyzed.As a design method and tool concerned with how to influence and change users' psychology and needs,emotional experience design will play a vital role in the good experience of elderly users in the process of wise home-based pension in the scene of wise home-based pension.Secondly,the related concepts of emotional experience are theoretically studied,and in the process of the analysis of emotional cognitive model and emotional experience research,the author finds that emotional experience design pays more attention to how to create emotional connection between users and products in the design strategy.Therefore,on the basis of emotional research,more attention should be paid to the multi-level when users use products.Experience and influencing factors.On the basis of previous relevant theoretical research,in order to explore the influencing factors of emotional experience of elderly users in wise home-based pension,the author extracts the influencing factors of emotional experience of elderly users in wise home-based pension through a large number of case studies and qualitative and quantitative analysis of elderly users,and according to the content of user description,forms the positive emotional experience of elderly users.The process is divided into five stages,and combined with the level of emotional experience design,design strategies and models for different stages are proposed.Finally,the proposed model and design strategy are applied,validated and rethought through the research and practice in the actual project.The proposed model can be concluded that the model has universality and limitations,and can provide some reference and reference for product design in intelligent home care.Through the research,it provides a reference direction for the exploration of emotional experience in the field of old-age care,thus appealing to the relevant people and institutions in the field to pay more attention to the elderly groups,in order to help achieve positive aging.
