Study On Party Construction In Urban Village Community

As the ruling party,the Communist Party of China is the core of leadership for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and shoulders the heavy responsibility of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The construction of the party determines the future and destiny of the nation and the country.Grassroots party building is the foundation and focus of all party building work.Since the reform and opening up,China's economic and social structure has undergone tremendous changes and the unit system society has gradually collapsed.As a result,the community system has replaced the unit system to become the new unit of governance of the country,and the focus of grassroots party building has shifted from the unit to the community.As a transitional community that appears on both the outskirts and downtown segments of Chinese cities,the urban village community not only carries the“gene” of the rural districts but also takes on the “shape” of the urban community.This “half village half city” community has made a challenge to the party building work in the urban village community: how to solve the conflicts and contradictions,how to promote the development of the urban village community,and how to realize the smooth transition of the rural community to the urban community.All these have become the focus of the party construction work in the urban village community.This paper takes the Qin Xian community in Xiao Dian District of Taiyuan City as an example to study the working methods and existing problems of the party building in the Qin Xian community through the literature research method and the case study method.Firstly,it introduces the research background and research significance of party building in urban villages,and summarizes its research results.Secondly,the party building work of the Qin Xian community will be introduced in detail from two aspects.The history of the Qin Xian community party organization will be first explored.It has a direct impact in the current party building work,which is inextricablylinked with the community development.Therefore,the author takes the development of the Qin Xian community as a clue to explore the history and development of the Qin Xian community party organization.Second,the status quo of party building work in the Qin Xian community.This includes an introduction to the construction work of the Qin Xian community party organization,the regional party building work and the service-oriented party organization construction,and summarizes the party building of the Qin Xian community and its enlightenment.Finally,the paper analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the party building work of the urban village community,such as the risk of corruption of party organizations and leading cadres,the lack of motivation for the follow-up development of community service-oriented party organizations,and the limitations of community party organization services.At present,there are few research achievements on party building in urban villages.Although there are some limitations in the study of party building in urban villages through case studies,it can still provide some ideas and experience materials for the deepening of party building research in urban villages.
