The Research On The Education About The Chinese Nation Community Of Minority Ethnic Groups With The View Of Law-rule China

China has implemented the correct national policy since 1949,and the Chinese national identity of ethnic minorities has been consolidated more than ever.However,domestic Han dynasty and narrow nationalism still have remnants,and the international "three forces" tend to Being active,the minority national identity of ethnic minorities still faces challenges.At the Central Ethnic Work Conference in 2014,it was proposed to use laws to guarantee national unity and actively cultivate the awareness of the Chinese nation's community.This has pointed out the direction for doing a good job in national unity and progress education in the new era.In the new era,comprehensively governing the country according to law is an important part of the four comprehensive strategic layouts.Therefore,how to combine the rule of law with China to cultivate the awareness of the Chinese community of ethnic minorities has become the main research content of this paper.From the perspective of the rule of law,this paper comprehensively uses the literature research method,comparative research method and interdisciplinary research method to conduct academic research on the cultivation of minority Chinese community awareness.In terms of structural arrangement,we first focus on the important concept of the Chinese nation community,combing the emergence and development of the Chinese nation characterized by pluralism from a historical perspective,and demonstrating that the Chinese Community is equivalent to all Chinese citizens with Chinese nationality.And it analyzes its national attributes and the connotation of the rule of law.Then it briefly summarizes the relevant content of the rule of law,national unity and community and the theory of "multiple integration of the Chinese nation" in Xi Jinping's new era of Chinese characteristicism,so as to find theoretical support for the scientific research of this paper.Then it analyzes the evolution of the ethnic minority identity of ethnic minorities and the challenges they encounter,and points out that the ethnic minorities in China have adopted the conscious "Chinese nation" identity and the Han nationality also started in the late Qing Dynasty,matured in the period of the War of Resistance,and consolidated in socialism.At the stage,but still facing the double challenge of the remnants of the domestic "two nationalisms" and the penetration of the international "three forces." Then it compares and analyzes the three different national identity construction models of the Soviet Union,the United States,and China,and briefly discusses the "big platter model" of the Soviet Union,the "melting furnace model" of the United States,and the "multiple integration" model of China.The gains and losses of the relevant policies of the Soviet Union and the United States demonstrate the uniqueness of the Chinese model.Finally,it puts forward the suggestions on the cultivation of the consciousness of the Chinese nation community under the rule of law in China.It discusses the three aspects of adhering to the principle of safeguarding national unity,strengthening the rule of law education of ethnic minorities,paying attention to morality and law,and taking cultural people.First,we must safeguard national unity in all aspects of legislation,law enforcement,and judicial work,and promote the rule of law in ethnic and religious work.Second,we must take constitutional education as the core of minority rule education,and constantly improve the pertinence and effectiveness of rule of law education;It is necessary to implement the "five-identity" education in the compulsory education stage of the whole nation,and strive to create a social atmosphere to guide the people of all ethnic groups to pursue modern and civilized life,and to give full play to the positive role of the representatives of ethnic minorities.This paper finds that the Chinese national identity of ethnic minorities in China is vulnerable to the negative influence of the "two nationalisms".Under the situation that the "three forces" are increasingly active in the international arena,the cultivation of the consciousness of the Chinese nation of ethnic minorities should use the rule of law.Take the rule of law and adhere to the law and morality.
