| According to the "2018 China Internet Public Opinion Analysis Report",the number of social contradictions and their public opinion pressure index increased significantly in 2018,from 110.87%in 2017 to 132.78%in 2018,and it continued to rise.Public opinion pressures on public safety incidents also continued to rise,rising from 65.46%in 2017 to 77.61%in 2018.With the increase in public security incidents and social violence,the number of public opinion incidents involving the public security system has also rebounded in 2018,and the pressure index has increased substantially.Public security organs everywhere have actively responded to police grievances and fully safeguarded the relationship between the police and the people.The academic community also lists police-related public opinion events as a key research topic.It involves multiple fields such as communication,public relations,psychology,information technology,and law.It is of great significance not only to the work of the public security department,but also to the sound development of society.The contradictions in the police-related grievances are quite special.On the one hand,the guardians of social security,the police,and on the other hand,the"guarded people",they are very familiar with each other.For the general public,the police They are the representatives of the public power most frequently encountered in their daily lives.They have strong hopes and expectations for the police to guard fairness and justice,so they often put more attention and emotions into related events.Since the birth of emotional sociology,emotional mobilization has always been the focus of academic research.It has played an important role in many social public and group events.This is also the reason and foothold of the author's research.In this paper,the author first analyzes the mechanism of emotional mobilization at different stages in the development of public opinion through two classic cases,that is,in the sensational gestation period,accompanied by emotional arousal;in the outbreak of lyrics,emotions also begin to stimulate In the duration of lyricism,it is the stage of emotional confrontation;the development of the lyrics fades,and the emotions also turn into concealment.The development of lyrics has always been accompanied by emotional mobilization.Secondly,the author combines with the specific police-related sensation incidents and proposes several typical emotional mobilization strategies:lyric mobilization,satire mobilization and fear mobilization.Each type of mobilization has its own characteristics and effects.It is worth noting that in the development of any sensational event,there is no single mobilization strategy.They are coexisting in the development of public opinion.It is also reflected in the case study.Next,the author transforms the perspective into a macroscopic direction to study the incentives and influencing factors of emotional mobilization in police-related public opinion incidents.Social background,network environment and participants-netizens have decided that emotional mobilization will inevitably occur,and it is precisely because of these incentives that the influence of emotional mobilization will be expanded.Finally,we should maintain rationality and adhere to the principle of dialectics when we look at the impact of emotional mobilization in police sensational events.Emotional mobilization has both positively broadening the channels of supervision,easing social contradictions,and reversing events.There are also negative effects that induce cyber violence,breed rumors,and affect the image of the police.Through the analysis of the above contents,the author expects readers to pay attention to the influence and role of emotional mobilization in the development of incident public opinion events,and expects to provide new ideas and perspectives for analyzing police-related public opinion incidents,as well as the work of public security organs.Play a little help. |
