Research On Xi Jinping’s Overall National Security Concept

National security is the cornerstone of stabilizing,is the foundation of a nation’s development,revitalization and prosperity,and is an important guarantee for the development of various undertakings of the party and the state.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,Xi Jinping has accurately grasped the new trend of the state security situation in the new period,put forward the general national security concept with Chinese characteristics,and took it as one of the core subjects of the general strategy of administering the country in the new period.The overall national security concept is a response to the many major issues confronting China’s national security,under the guidance of the Central and local departments to actively implement the overall national security concept of new ideas,focus on grasping the thinking and working methods embodied in it,and strive to create a new situation of national security work in the new period.The proposal of Xi Jinping’s overall national security concept fully demonstrates the macroscopic grasp of our party’s Basic Law of national security in the new era,and is a powerful guide for guiding national security practice under the current situation,and is an important innovation of national security theory.The study of Xi Jinping’s overall national security concept is an important subject for us,and it is of great value.This paper is mainly composed of five parts.The first part elaborates the related concepts;the second part discusses the background and theoretical origin of Xi Jinping’s overall national security concept.This part first introduces the background of the times from the international and domestic backgrounds,and then elaborates its theoretical origins from Marx and Engels,Lenin and Chinese Marxists,as well as ancient Chinese national security thoughts.The third part elaborates the main contents and basic characteristics of the overall national security concept,which is the most important and core part of this paper.And the fourth part explains the philosophical implication embodied in Xi Jinping’s overall national security concept,which helps to analyze and grasp the gist of the overall national security concept more comprehensively and dialectically from the philosophical point of view.Thefifth part,based on the previous elaboration,elaborates in detail the contemporary value of Xi Jinping’s overall national security concept from the perspectives of theoretical significance and contemporary value.
