Study On Current Ideological And Political Work In Urban Communities

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: "After long-term efforts,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.This is a new historical orientation for China's development." The new era has brought about new developments,and it has also brought new work requirements to the current ideological and political work.With the deepening of reforms,the focus of ideological and political work is gradually tilting towards the grassroots level.All specific tasks need to be implemented by the grassroots.As the most basic unit of each city,the effectiveness of the ideological and political work is not only affected by the community.The effectiveness of the entire ideological and political work is more related to the development of social civilization.This paper mainly uses content and empirical methods to conduct content research and ideas design,which is divided into four chapters.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing relevant research results at home and abroad,the concept of urban community is systematically discussed from the connotation,characteristics,types and functions of urban communities.It also focuses on the concept,significance and theoretical basis of the current ideological and political work in urban communities.Secondly,combine the above-mentioned urban community ideological and political work theory with the current specific actual situation,taking the community of a certain district in Nanjing as the empirical investigation object,the author conducted a detailed empirical study on the status quo of ideological and political work from the aspects of the purpose and main content of the investigation,the preparation and implementation of the questionnaire,and the analysis of the results of the survey.Then,on the basis of data analysis,it summarizes the more advanced aspects of community ideological and political work in a certain district of Nanjing,and unearths the existing problems and further analyzes the reasons.Finally,according to the problems existing in the ideological and political work of urban communities,the effectiveness countermeasures are proposed from four aspects: improving team quality,improving management ability,strengthening innovation ability and enhancing co-construction atmosphere.This paper believes that the current ideological and political work of urban communities is directly related to the ideological dynamics of the people,plays a keyrole in improving the moral quality of the people,has an important impact on the practice of socialist core values,and is of great significance to the construction of a harmonious society.Therefore,the ideological and political work of urban communities is an important link in the current ideological and political work of the party.The study of its actual situation has significant epoch and practicality.
