Ideological Problems And Solutions In Cyberspace

Ideology is related to banner,road and national political security.With the rapid development of network informatization and the continuous expansion of the scale of netizens,cyberspace has become the main battlefield of ideological struggle.General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out many times that if we can't get through the Internet,we can't get through the long-term ruling.The ideological problem of cyberspace has become an extremely important issue directly related to the ideological security and regime security of our country.At present,our country is in a period of great development,great change and great adjustment.The profound changes of international and domestic situations have led to the unprecedented severe and complex ideological problems in cyberspace in China.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to study this problem and explore corresponding solutions.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into three parts to study this issue.The first part defines and summarizes the concept and characteristics of cyberspace ideology on the basis of elaborating cyberspace and ideology,combining with the particularity of cyberspace;at the same time,it points out that the study of this issue has accumulated to enhance the cohesion and leadership of socialist ideology,to lead the ideological trend of cybersociety,to enhance the soft power of National culture,and to cohere the value consensus of social members.It is of great practical significance.The second part summarizes the main problems of cyberspace ideology on the basis of consulting and combing a large number of relevant materials and combining with the current actual situation,mainly including: the impact of the discourse power of the mainstream ideology of society,the competing voice of the wrong cyberspace trend of thought,the spread of Western wrong values,the grim and complex situation of cyberspace public opinion;and focuses on the contradiction of interests,the West.This paper explores the causes of these problems in the ideological field of cyberspace from five aspects: discourse hegemony,regulatory effectiveness,Internet enterprises and netizens.The third part of the solution is the focus of this article.This paper proposes to strengthen the construction of socialist ideology from persisting in the guiding position of Marxism,strengthening the Party's leadership over network ideology,giving full playto the leading role of socialist core values,strengthening the network propaganda and education of "four self-confidents";enriching and improving the content of network discourse of mainstream ideology,optimizing the expression mode of network discourse of mainstream ideology,and innovating the mainstream idea.The dissemination mechanism of ideological network discourse and the promotion of the international influence of mainstream ideological network discourse firmly grasp the ideological discourse power in cyberspace;the main body of ideological governance in cyberspace is reorganized from the aspects of improving the ability of government departments to govern the network,implementing the social responsibility of Internet enterprises,guiding netizens to abide by the network norms,and giving full play to the leading role of cyberopinion leaders.We should improve the ideological supervision mechanism of cyberspace from the aspects of perfecting the legal supervision of cyberspace,strengthening the supervision of network technology and strengthening the supervision of network system.
