Research On The Process Of Institutionalization Of Socialist Core Values

The 18th CPC national congress proposed that we should promote prosperity,democracy,civility,and harmony,uphold freedom,equality,justice and the rule of law and advocate patriotism,dedication,integrity,and friendship,so as to cultivate and observe core socialist values.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has crossed the threshold into a new era.Cultivate and observe core socialist values remains an important task for a considerable period of time,both now and in the future.We promote the institutionalization of socialist core values have contributed to the development of cultivate and observe core socialist values.It is of great significance to study the process of institutionalizing socialist core values,both in theory and in practice.On the practical problems of cultivating and observing socialist core values,guided by Marxist theory,according to the basic point of view of ideological and political education,we put forward the proposition of institutionalization of socialist core values.This paper take the process of institutionalizing socialist core values as the research object,through literature analysis,comparative analysis and system analysis.It discusses the concept and content of the process of institutionalizing socialist core values.It is expected that this article will promote further research and practice on socialist core values.The following is the research results of this article.The process of institutionalizing socialist core values includes two parts:explicit institutionalization process and implicit institutionalization process.The explicit institutionalization process is a system construction process,which includes three parts:system evaluation,system design and system evaluation.The process of implicit institutionalization is a process of human behavior formation,which consists of externalization,feedback test and internalization.Its essence is that the socialist core values that have been integrated into the system evolve into the behavior habits of real people.This process shows the formation process of human ideological and political quality.It is a gear-type linkage rising process in which the elements of knowledge,emotion,belief,will,and behavior interact with each other.In this process behavior is at the heart of the interaction of these elements.Socialist core values through the system provides a certain behavior pattern,that can make real people develop behavior habits in line with the socialist core values.This means that people's ideological and political quality has been improved.The above results show the following conclusions.We promote the institutionalization of socialist core values is imperative in the new era.The effective implementation of socialist core values institutionalization can strongly promote Socialist core values become thinner,smaller and more tangible.In the process,we can promote the reform of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics under the guidance of socialist core values.The core socialist values at the national,social and personal levels are actively integrated into all fields,levels and aspects of the social system through the reform of the system.So that the socialist core values can be Internalize in the heart,externalize in the line.
