Study On The System Of Particularly Sensitive Sea Areas In International Law Of The Sea

With the continuous development and utilization of the oceans by human beings,the scale of shipping has become larger and larger.With the continuous advancement of human industrialization and economic globalization,the pollution problem of the oceans has also been aggravated.While developing their economies,countries have begun to pay attention to marine pollution and formulated a series of measures.Among them,the special sensitive sea area system,as a system to solve the problem of marine pollution,has also been bred.As a new system that has only developed for decades,the development path of the system of particularly sensitive sea areas is particularly bumpy,which has aroused heated debate in various countries.This paper mainly introduces the development process,the scope of application and the main disputes faced by the particularly sensitive sea areas.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part mainly introduces the origin and development of the special sensitive sea area system,and introduces the relevant legal documents of the special sensitive sea area system at various stages of development,which is the premise and basis for further research.The second part mainly elaborates the main contents of the special sensitive sea area system,explains the establishment criteria and procedures of the system through the relevant provisions of the International Maritime Organization Guidelines 2005,and makes a detailed analysis of the contents of the special sensitive sea area system.The third part analyses the existing problems of the special sensitive sea area system,such as the special sensitive sea area and marine protection.The relationship between the guardian areas and the legal basis faced in practice.The last part is about the necessity and feasibility of establishing a special sensitive sea area system in the South China Sea based on the explanation and analysis of the special sensitive sea area system.The study of the sea area system,and then envisage whether it is feasible to establish a special sensitive sea area system in the South China Sea,and conduct a analysis and demonstration.
